Gold mining project in Ontario

As part of its iron mine project in Schefferville, TataSteel asked BPQ to produce concrete on their worksite as well25 as other precast concrete parts over a period of 3 years. The highly complex and varied precast parts allowed BPQ to position itself as a reliable and flexible partner for major Nordic projects

Whabouchi project, Nemiskau

As part of its new lithium mine project in Nemiskau, Nemaska Lithium asked BPQ to design and provide precast foundations for its portable concentrator and main building.
Project description:

Structural floor slab measuring 630 m2 with integrated catch basins and drainage channels including 39 parts.

Foundations for the 3,000 m2 main building including 40 pillars of about 40 tons and 40 foundation walls. Time allotted for design and production: 8 weeks.
